Order Nature
Most of our products are manufactured based on project requirements, including customized specifications, quantities, and packaging.
For this reason, standard returns are generally not applicable once production has been completed.
Returns & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
- Customized or project-based products are non-returnable
- Returns for non-quality-related reasons are not accepted

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping Damage Responsibility
Damage caused during transportation will be handled based on shipping terms:
- Under CIF/DDP: we assist in coordinating claims with the carrier
- Under FOB/EXW: the buyer is responsible for insurance and claims

Important Notes
- Minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions (within standard tolerance) are not considered defects

Contract-Based Terms
